She has over 25 years of customer service, management and administrative experience with 10 years in the mental health field. Throughout her career she has focused on bringing a higher level of service to others, improving productivity, quality and client satisfaction.

John is co-owner of TCI. He plays a critical role in guiding TCI with financial metrics. John has 25 years of sales and management experience leading the team to the top with his leadership skills.
